We are based in Toronto, Canada. But we do server anywhere in Canada, USA and Mexico.  We do charge for Flights, Accomodation or any rentals in addition to the package. For more information contact us and we can give a quote.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES? DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

For up to date pricing you need to fill out the FORM (https://www.thecapturefactory.com/contactus)with most information and we will send you a Brochure. We don't provide any discount but defiantly if you have multi day event, then we can work on some numbers by customizing your package.

Question 3

HOW MANY PHOTOS OR HOW LONG MY VIDEO WILL BE?  DO I GET THE RAW FOOTAGE?

Accepted Answer

We don't go by any specific number, as we keep on shooting for the set number of hours. We also shoot Decor, people meeting before the event or any interesting  happening which adds up to a story.  We deliver every photo possible unless there is something we see impropriate. For Video, We filter the highlight for best shots possible but you will be getting everything shot in a sensible flow.  Unfortunately, we don't provide any RAW footage.

DO YOU HELP WITH PLANNING PROCESS AS WELL?

We are aware that weddings are busy, and clients sometimes arrive without having done any study, but they do need something unique. Yes, we assist them by directing them in a manner that makes the occasion more pleasurable, interesting, and memorable. Based on our expertise from all these years and the links we've made along the road as an artist who covers the entire wedding story, we advise them to choose the ideal attire, makeup, places, timings, cuisine, and decor, among other things.
